Hon’ble Mr. Justice H.S. Grewal

His Lordship born to Late Sh.Gurdarshan Singh Grewal and Smt. Tejinder Kaur on 01.11.1969 in Chandigarh. Did Degree of Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh in the year 1993 and joined profession as an Advocate in the same year. Entire practice for about 32 years was in the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh only. His Lordship remained as Deputy Advocate General in the office of Advocate General Punjab from the year 2002 to 2006 and thereafter as an Additional Advocate General, Punjab from the year 2017 to 2022. While serving as State counsel, His Lordship mostly dealt with Criminal and Constitutional matters. His Lordship’s father late Sh. Gurdarshan Singh Grewal, was the Advocate General, Punjab. His Lordship Married to Dr.Sheeba Grewal, who is working as Medical Officer with State T.B. Programme at the PGI MER for the last about 23 years. Elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on February 17, 2025.
